Information Technology Services develops and supports a wide variety of university-wide, mission-critical, administrative information systems and solutions including web applications and online systems, e-commerce solutions, batch processing, data storage, and reports. Information Technology Services also facilitates system and database integration to reduce duplication throughout the university and increase efficiency.

Web Applications and Online Systems
Web applications and online systems development includes partnering with clients to analyze their business needs, design, develop, and implement administrative information technologies such as web services and imaging. -
E-commerce Solutions
E-commerce solutions include the handling of various payment options such as, ACH, EDI, credit cards, and other data transfers between government agencies and other universities. -
Data Storage
Data storage includes file setup along with batch and online storage of databases such as DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server. -
Batch Jobs
Batch jobs include scheduling routine processing, file transfers, backups, and report generation. -
Reports
Report formats include electronic, microfiche, paper, custom forms, and online access. Services are available for the design, ordering, and storage of custom forms. Paper and microfiche reports may be delivered directly to clients.
Access
In addition to developing and supporting administrative information solutions, Information Technology Services also provides access to administrative information through web applications and online systems, database queries, and file transfers.

Web Applications and Online Systems
Business and student information systems are available through ISUAS/ADIN or on the Web through AccessPlus. -
Database Queries
Database queries are available to anyone with authorized access to the requested data. Queries are executed via MS Query. -
File Transfer
File transfers include the transfer of files between external and internal organizations.
