Using the Collaborative Learning Spaces
To Reserve a Room Online
1. Go to http://www.it.iastate.edu/collab/.
2. Select "Collaborative Learning Spaces Online Reservation".
3. Log in with your Iowa State Net-ID and password.
4. Select a room.
5. Click on an hour.
6. To reserve for more than one hour, click "Return to room reservation" and click on another hour.
7. When finished, click "Home". Your reservations are displayed.
8. Click "Logout".
To Cancel a Room Reservation
1. Go to http://www.it.iastate.edu/collab/ .
2. Select "Collaborative Learning Spaces Online Reservation".
3. Log in with your Iowa State Net-ID and password.
4. Reservations are displayed. For each one you wish to cancel, click "Cancel this reservation"
5. Click "Logout".
If you do not have a room reservation and want to use a room, check with the Solution Center, 195 Durham Center. That staff can check on availability for you.
Accessing the Rooms
To gain access to a collaborative learning space that you have reserved, go to the Solution Center, 195 Durham Center. The Solution Center staff has the key and will open the room for you. Outside of the Solution Center hours, go to Operations, 95 Durham Center.If you do not have a room reservation and want to use a room, check with the Solution Center, 195 Durham Center. That staff can check on availability for you.
