Administrative Systems Forms
Administrative Systems Access Request
The Administrative Systems Access Request form allows Administrative Systems Coordinators and clients to request access to various administrative IT systems and services including Exchange Email, Department Servers, ISUAS/ADIN online systems, File Transfers, MS Query (CAE), and others.
File Restore Request
IT Services routinely backs up all supported networked servers, allowing the restoration of backed up files in emergency situations. This does not include files saved on your local computer drives, only IT Services supported networked servers.
The File Restore Request form is password protected, for use by Administrative Systems Coordinators only, and then only after all other attempts at file recovery have been attempted.
If you need to restore/recover a file saved on your local computer, contact your departmental network coordinator or computer support staff. Unless you or your departmental computer support staff routinely back up your local computer, file restoration/recovery is usually not an option.
If you save your files on an IT Services supported server and need to either restore an older version of a file or recover a file accidentally deleted, please do the following:
- Make sure the file was not renamed or moved. Perform a search on all drives, local and networked, for the missing file using all possible names for the file.
- Make sure the file is missing or damaged beyond reasonable repair.
- Contact your network coordinator, other departmental computer support staff, or the Solution Center at 294-4000.
