Reserve a Collaborative Learning Space

1. Go to http://www.it.iastate.edu/collab.
2. Log in with your Iowa State Net-ID and password (if not already logged in).
3. Click the space you wish to reserve.
4. Click an "Open" hour you wish to reserve in the calendar.
5. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click "I Agree".
6. A confirmation screen will appear. You have now placed a Collaborative Learning Space Reservation.
   1. Click "Continue" if you would like to reserve additional hours.
   2. Click "Home" to return to the main Collaborative Learning Spaces page.
   3. Click "Collaborative Learning Spaces Online Reservation" to review your current room reservations.
7. Click "Logout" to exit the system.
8. Go to the Solution Center in 195 Durham Center to access your reserved room.

Cancel a Room Reservation

1. Go to http://www.it.iastate.edu/collab.
2. Log in with your Iowa State Net-ID and password (if not already logged in).
3. Select the reservation you wish to cancel.
4. To cancel any reservation, click "Cancel this reservation".
5. When you are finished, click "Logout" to exit the system.

Access and Assistance

For access to and assistance with the Collaborative Learning Spaces go to the Solution Center, 195 Durham. For assistance when the Solution Center is closed go to Operations in 95 Durham.
