This procedure will help faculty and staff set up an Outlook Web Access account, which is created when registering for a Net-ID. You can access your Outlook Web Access account from any web browser; however, the full features of the service are only available using the latest version of Internet Explorer.

1. To access your Outlook account via the web, open a browser and go to exchange.iastate.edu and sign in with your Net-ID and password.
2. After logging in you will be taken to your Inbox.
3. Click Options in the upper right corner to adjust your account settings.
4. In the Options screen, click the links in the column on the left to adjust settings for specific features within Outlook Web Access.
5. For help, click the blue question mark icon in the upper right corner.
