Security Alert: You are NOT Getting a Raise

ITS security officials are aware of a new phishing scam, an email that says it is from ISU Human Resources, telling employees they are qualified for a raise on their next paycheck, and instructing the recipient to click on a link.

Do not click on this link, or on any link in an email with an unrecognized sender.

In general, to protect your computer and your data:

  • Do NOT click on links or open attachments in email from people you are not expecting to get email from.
  • Keep all applications, especially antivirus programs, updated.
