Passwords & Accounts
You may have several accounts and passwords for accessing online services at Iowa State University. If you need to register for any of these accounts, or have forgotten any of your account IDs or passwords, use the contact information for each of the following accounts.
Net-ID
Your Net-ID is used to access services such as your Iowa State email, FTP, public computer labs, PPP access, site-licensed software, and WebCT. For questions related to your Net-ID and password, contact the Solution Center, 515-294-4000.
AccessPlus
Your AccessPlus account and password allow you to login to AccessPlus and use online systems such as U-Bill, class registration, grades and transcripts, and many others. For questions related to your AccessPlus account and password, visit the ISUCard Office or the Student Answer Center on the Ground Floor Beardshear Hall or contact the Solution Center, 515-294-4000.
ADIN/ISUAS & Outlook/Exchange
Your ADIN/ISUAS and Outlook/Exchange accounts and password give you access to administrative information systems and your IT Services-supported Exchange email, respectively. For questions related to your ADIN/ISUAS or Exchange email account and password contact the Solution Center, 515-294-4000.
Voice Mail
Your Voice Mail account and password give you access to your voice mail and message preferences. If you have forgotten your Voice Mail password, contact your voice/data coordinator to have it reset.
