Computer Sales: Computers
Computer Sales has contracts with three major computer vendors: Dell, Gateway, and Apple. All of the vendor websites linked from this page are quote-only sites. Orders cannot be placed directly from the vendors from these sites.
Feel free to stop by Computer Sales' showroom in 191 Durham Center for assistance in configuring a computer. Our consultants are available during our business hours, which includes the noon hour. We would be happy to assist you in configuring a system.
To place an order, a quote (or proposal) must be created from the desired vendor. Save the quote and either print the completed quote or take note of the quote number. Without this quote number, Computer Sales cannot place the order without reconfiguring the system and contacting you to approve the configuration.
Departmental orders may be faxed to Computer Sales at 294-3702, sent by campus mail to 191 Durham Center, or delivered in person to 191 Durham Center. Please include a completed intramural purchase order and the saved quote. If faxing the order, please do not also send the original through campus mail.
Personal orders must be placed in person at 191 Durham Center. Personal orders require a completed Personal Purchase Agreement in addition to the saved quote. Personal orders are paid for when the customer comes to pick up the system, not at the time of placing the order. Methods of payment accepted are cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
