This policy details the rules set forth by Gateway regarding allowable returns. To receive proper credit, returns must be processed by Computer Sales.
Repair
Computer Service is an authorized Gateway service provider. All Gateway computers owned by Iowa State departments or purchased through Computer Sales by faculty, staff, or students can be serviced by Computer Service. For further information visit the Computer Service Website.
