Payment Methods
Iowa State University currently categorizes computers over $5,000 as equipment.
As of July 1, 2004, items with a per unit cost less than $5,000 may be submitted on a Intramural Purchase Order (PDF] | XLS).
Items $5,000 or higher per unit must be submitted via the on-line requisitioning system directly to the Purchasing Department. If you have questions, please contact the Purchasing Department at 515.294.4860.
Computer Sales is not able to accept the University Purchasing Card. Orders for items purchased through Computer Sales must be submitted with an Intramural Purchase Order.
