Buying Direct

Iowa State University students and employees can make personal purchases directly with Dell, Gateway, and Apple. Through the Vendor Direct programs set up with these vendors, customers can place an order with the vendor while still receiving some of the university's purchasing power from the contracts through Iowa State.
Vendor Direct orders are not placed with Computer Sales. When the order is placed with the vendor, you will set up payment with the vendor and you will receive the items ordered from the vendor. Computer Sales does not have the ability to check on the status of these orders or track them in any way.
