Where's My Order?
Computer Sales processes a large number of orders each day.
Computer system orders are placed daily, and always within one business day of when we receive them. Most of these orders take five to ten business days to receive unless the product is unavailable from the vendor.
Small special order parts and software are generally batched and placed with our suppliers every two to three business days to get the best prices and keep shipping costs at a minimum. Except when the supply of an item is constrained, most of these items are received within four to six business days of when we receive your order.
Stock items may be picked up at Computer Sales, or as with all other products, when they arrive, will be ready for pickup (personal orders) or will be delivered (department orders) within one business day.
