ITS provides two levels of desktop technology support at Iowa State University, Core and CorePlus.

  • To receive Core Support for your individual needs, contact the Solution Center.
  • To order CorePlus Support, consult with the Solution Center to determine the services that your department or unit needs.
  • The Access Request Forms page gives CorePlus Support clients an easy way to order administrative services.
Core

Core Support

ITS provides Core Support to students, staff, and faculty at no charge. Core Support is available for both university-owned and user-owned equipment.
CorePlus

CorePlus Support

ITS CorePlus Support is available to administrative units and departments for university-owned equipment for a monthly fee (see Rates, below). CorePlus Support includes services for users and workstations, as well as Thin Client/VDI support.
