The ITS Solution Center, 195 Durham Center, provides direct support for IT Services customers and acts as a single point of contact for problem resolution. Its mission is to help the people of Iowa State University with supported computer software, networking, and service issues.
SNAP Team
The Student Network Access Program (SNAP) is available to help students connect personal computers and mobile devices to the campus network. SNAP is funded by student computer fees, so there is no charge for most standard services.
