University telephone service is provided by Information Technology Services.
Students
Basic service is provided for students living in the residence halls, including Frederiksen Court. Basic telephone service includes:
- Unlimited local calling
- Automatic callback, call waiting, hold, last number dialed, transfer, three-way calling
- Access to the ISU long distance network (domestic and international)
Residents of Schilletter Village and University Village must arrange for basic service. The monthly charge for basic service is $15.00. Only one resident in each apartment is billed for basic service. Students living in family housing are not required to use authorization codes. Apply for basic service through AccessPlus. Click on telephone services and choose the appropriate option. Requests for activation after 3:00 pm, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
