Handling a Call When You Hear Fax Tones

Press TRANSFER on your telephone.
Enter FAX number (4-XXXX or 6-XXXX)
Press TRANSFER again.

Printing Fax Messages Received in Voice Mail

To print a fax to a fax machine
  1. Press 2 from the Main Menu
  2. Listen to the message header.
  3. Press * 1 to print the fax.
  4. Enter the fax prefix (3) and the fax machines extension
    number. (e.g. 34-XXXX)
To print a fax to your default fax machine (to set default see below)
  1. Press 2 from Main Menu
  2. Listen to the message header.
  3. Press *1 to print the fax.
  4. Press #. Important- You must already have selected and
    set up your default fax printer.
To set default fax print options
  1. Press 5 and 3 from the Main Menu
  2. Press 1 to select the default print number.
  3. Enter the fax prefix (3) and the default fax number.
    (e.g. 34-XXXX)
  4. Press # to approve.
