Message Manager
Message Manager is a software application to handle your routine communications. It combines your messaging functions - voice, fax, text, or file attachments (software files) into one easy-to-use software application. You can create, send, and receive messages inside or outside your workplace network. Accessing messages is just a mouse click away while viewing them on your computer.

Benefits Include
Visual display of your voice mailbox with the ability to play, view, and send voice, fax, text, or a file attachment.
Personal folders contain copies of messages from other Message Manager folders. You can give these folders descriptive names. Because personal folder messages are stored on a PC or LAN storage device, you can keep them as long as you wish. These folders are only available if the system administrator allows users to transfer messages over the LAN.
A personal address book allows you to store addresses and important information on your computer, independent of the Voice Mail server.
A sound card supports playing and recording messages, greetings, and names on a computer.
The Fax Cover Page Designer allows you to design your cover page by adding your company name, corporate logo, and bitmap graphics to your fax cover page.
Multiple File Attachments can attach multiple files when creating a message. You can also forward and receive messages with more than one file attachment. This feature is particularly useful when sending and receiving messages over the Internet/Intranet.
