Integrated Messaging (Voice Mail to Email)
Integrated messaging allows you to access your Iowa State University voice mail messages through your Outlook email client. For questions related to integrated mesaging, please consult following instructions and the Integrated Messaging FAQ before contacting the Solution Center at 515-294-4000.
Before you can begin using integrated messaging you must download and install the Voice Player to listen to your voice mail messages, and configure your email client to receive your voice mail messages.
Download and Install Voice Player
- Contact your computer support specialist for "Power User" rights before installing any software.
- Download the Voice Player to your Desktop.
- Locate and double-click "setup_lvp32.exe".
- Click Next on Welcome screen.
- Accept default installation directory and click Next.
- Click Next on Start Installation screen.
- The voice player will start when installation is complete.
