Auto Dial Button
Press an AUTO DIAL button to automatically dial the number stored there.

To program:
LISTEN for dial tone
PRESS PROGRAM or * O
PRESS AUTO DIAL
ENTER number up to 20 digits
PRESS AUTO DIAL
LISTEN for confirmation tone
 
Automatic Callback
To activate (cannot be activated on off-campus calls):
Upon hearing a busy:
PRESS AUTOMATIC CALLBACK
LISTEN for confirmation tone; hang up (When the line is free, your telephone will
ring with a triple ring.)
LIFT handset
LISTEN for system to ring busy extension
Callback cancels if:
  • you do not answer the triple ring within 20 seconds,
  • your line is busy for approximately 30 minutes, or
  • your called extension is busy for approximately 30 minutes.
Calls may be placed and received during callback period.

To cancel Automatic Callback:
LISTEN for dial tone
PRESS AUTOMATIC CALLBACK
LISTEN for confirmation tone - hang up
 
Call Forwarding
Activate Call Forwarding when you want your calls to ring on a different campus extension.
To activate:
LISTEN for dial tone
PRESS CALL FORWARD or * 2

ENTER

 campus extension to which you want calls forwarded
LISTEN for confirmation tone - hang up
To cancel:
LISTEN for dial tone
PRESS CALL FORWARD or # 2
LISTEN for confirmation tone - hang up
 
Call Park
To park a call at your extension for retrieval from any extension:
PRESS CALL PARK - hang up
 
Call Pick-Up
Use Call Pick-Up to answer another telephone in your call pick-up group.
LISTEN for dial tone
PRESS CALL PICK-UP or # 4 - answer call
 
Conference Calls
To place a conference call for up to six parties:
ASK party to hold
PRESS CONFERENCE
LISTEN for dial tone
CALL next party - announce call
PRESS CONFERENCE
To drop the last party, busy signal, or unanswered call:
PRESS DROP
 
Hold  
ASK party to hold
PRESS HOLD (green light flashes next to line button where call appears)
To return to held call:
PRESS appearance of held call
To hold and confer:
ASK party to hold
PRESS HOLD
CALL second party and confer
PRESS appearance of held call
 
Last Number Dialed
PRESS # 9
 
Send All Calls
Activate Send All Calls when you want your calls to go immediately to coverage.
To activate:
PRESS SEND ALL CALLS or * 3
LISTEN for confirmation tone - hang up
To cancel:  
PRESS SEND ALL CALLS or # 3
LISTEN for confirmation tone - hang up
 
Transfer
ASK party to hold
PRESS TRANSFER
CALL number - announce call
PRESS 2nd TRANSFER
PRESS DROP or hang up
