Automatic Callback
Use to receive callback on busy or unanswered calls.
To activate (cannot be activated on off-campus calls):
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
PRESS	* 5
LISTEN	for confirmation tone, hang up (When the line is free, your telephone will ring with a triple ring.)
LIFT	handset
WAIT	for system to ring busy extension
Callback cancels if:
you do not answer the triple ring within 20 seconds, your line is busy for approximately 30 minutes, or your called extension is busy for approximately 30 minutes. Calls may be placed and received during callback period.
To cancel:
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	# 5
LISTEN	for confirmation tone - hang up

Call Forwarding
Activate Call Forwarding when you want your calls to ring on a different campus extension.
To activate:
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	* 2
CALL	campus extension to which you want calls forwarded
LISTEN	for confirmation tone
To cancel:
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	# 2
LISTEN	for confirmation tone - hang up

Call Park
To park a call at your extension for retrieval from any extension:
PRESS	R or switchhook or flash
LISTEN	for recall dial tone
PRESS	* 6 (the call is parked at your extension) hang up
Note: To return to parked call before you hang up, press R or flash the switchhook again.
To retrieve parked call from any extension:
PRESS	# 6
CALL	the extension where the call is parked

Call Pick-Up
Use call pick-up to answer another telephone in your call pick-up group.
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	# 4 - answer call

Conference Calls
To place a conference call for up to three parties:
ASK	party to hold
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
LISTEN	for confirmation tone
CALL	next number
ANNOUNCE	conference call
REPEAT	to add additional parties
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
To drop busy signal, unanswered call, or the last party:
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash

Hold
ASK	person to hold
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
LISTEN	for confirmation tone (Do not hang up)
To return to held call:
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
To hold and consult:
ASK	person to hold
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
LISTEN	for recall dial tone
DIAL	second number and consult
After second party hangs up, you are automatically reconnected to the first party.

Last Number Dialed
PRESS	# 9

Send All Calls
Activate Send All Calls when you want your calls to go immediately to coverage.
To activate:
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	* 3
LISTEN	for confirmation tone - hang up
To cancel:
LISTEN	for dial tone
PRESS	# 3
LISTEN	for confirmation tone - hang up

Transfer
To transfer to an on-campus or local number:
ASK	party to hold
PRESS	recall or switchhook or flash
LISTEN	for confirmation tone
CALL	number - announce call - hang up
(Calls will not transfer to long distance numbers.)
