Student Computing Proposals Sought

The Computation Advisory Committee (CAC) seeks proposals for projects that will have a broad impact on student computing and represent innovative uses of information technology for instruction at Iowa State. The committee expects to recommend the expenditure of approximately $750,000 of student computer fees to the CIO and Provost. Student involvement in the development of proposals is encouraged.

Proposals must be reviewed within their administrative units (colleges, etc.) before they are submitted to CAC. The suggested deadline for submitting proposals for administrative approval is Friday, February 24, 2006. Proposals must be forwarded to CAC by Friday, March 10, 2006.
