Costs and Support
In addition to the cost of the device and the voice and data plans from the cellular provider, supported clients that pay a monthly desktop support fee, pay only an initial $60 license fee. Setup and ongoing support is included at no additional charge.
Users who do not pay a recurring monthly support fee and wish to be connected to the Blackberry Enterprise Server pay an initial $50 administrative charge in addition to the $60 license fee and have the option to setup the device themselves or request that IT Services staff setup the device at a rate of $52/hour.
