Iowa State Receives Apple Commitment to Excellence Award
The Commitment To Excellence award program seeks to recognize Apple Authorized Service Providers on a quarterly basis for their accomplishments in the AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE) program. To earn the award, the service center must exceed a minimum volume of eligible repairs with a very high customer satisfaction rating for the quarter plus meet other requirements regarding service levels for the customers (e.g., length of repair time).
Mark Beran, Computer Service Manager, noted that the efforts of two of his student staff members, Blaine Alderks and Gerald Thurman, were instrumental in reaching this achievement. Congratulations and kudos to all!
