This news item expired June 20, 2014. It may contain out-of-date information.

Work on a $4-million upgrade to wireless services on campus has begun, with much of the work on the following buildings to be completed this summer. Some buildings will encounter a bit of noise and disruption during this process, depending on the age of the building and the amount of wiring needing to be completed. Ross Hall, Snedecor Hall, The Hub and ASB are already completed. The following buildings are in process:

  • BRL
  • Gilman
  • Sweeney

Coming soon:

  • Parks Library
  • Veterinary Medicine
  • Lloyd
  • Howe

Individual building coordinators will be notified a few days before work is to begin. To stay up to date on the wireless upgrade, subscribe to IT News. More information can be found on the Campus-wide Wireless Upgrades project page.
