Phishing email on campus
A phishing email attack has arrived on campus.
The attack has a subject line "Iastate Information Technology" and requests users log in to a site to reactivate their IASTATE SSL VPN.
If you clicked on the link, the attack stole your username and password. (ISU will never request your ID and password via e-mail).
If you received the message, do not click on the link, and delete the message immediately.
If you provided your username and password, report it to IT Security (email@example.com) and change your password by contacting the Solution Center.
If you ever receive emails or links requesting your credentials, please forward the message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
