During Dead Week, the Solution Center is offering additional walk-up hours in 192 Parks Library. Phone calls and emails will be answered during normal Solution Center hours.

Support Services

Solution Center provides support ranging from technical guidance of supported software to basic support for mobile devices.

 

CorePlus Support

Administrative units and departments have access to CorePlus support, including desktop and user support, for their university-owned equipment.
