Brittni Wendling
Systems Analyst III
Brittni (she/her) is a systems analyst, researcher, and graduate student in Human-Computer Interaction. As a senior member of ISU’s digital accessibility team, she advances campus-wide efforts in strategic planning and implementation. She manages ISU's Digital Accessibility Toolkit, designs training and education, addresses complex accessibility challenges, and advises departments to support accessible digital experiences across the university.
Drawing from her lived experience as a person with a physical disability, Brittni brings a critical perspective to both her professional and academic work. She is committed to embedding accessibility into the foundation of technological innovation. Her current research explores how emerging technologies, particularly digital twins, can be designed to expand access in physical, digital, and hybrid environments.
