    Systems Analyst III
    Brittni (she/her) is a systems analyst, researcher, and graduate student in Human-Computer Interaction. As a senior member of ISU’s digital accessibility team, she advances campus-wide efforts in strategic planning and implementation. She manages ISU's Digital Accessibility Toolkit, designs training and education, addresses complex accessibility challenges, and advises departments to support accessible digital experiences across the university. Drawing from her lived experience as a person with a physical disability, Brittni brings a critical perspective to both her professional and academic work. She is committed to embedding accessibility into the foundation of technological innovation. Her current research explores how emerging technologies, particularly digital twins, can be designed to expand access in physical, digital, and hybrid environments.

  • Paola Sepulveda

    Systems Analyst II
    Paola Sepulveda (she/her) is a Systems Analyst II supporting digital accessibility efforts at Iowa State University. As a member of the university’s accessibility team, she contributes to campus-wide initiatives to reinforce and communicate digital accessibility policy and processes to campus stakeholders. She supports the development of digital accessibility implementation strategy, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and provides support for digital accessibility evaluations and consultation efforts with campus teams. Paola brings a unique lens and approach to her work within the digital accessibility team. With a background in change management, design, and outreach, she is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and creates meaningful change that embeds an accessibility-first mindset within campus culture.

  • Betsy Araujo

    Digital Accessibility UX/UI Analyst I
    Betsy (she/her) is a Digital Accessibility UX/UI Analyst I at Iowa State University. She is dedicated to creating a more accessible campus environment. Betsy holds a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and is currently in the final stage of her PhD in HCI at ISU. She loves connecting user research with technical accessibility to solve complex problems and eliminate digital barriers. Her daily work involves collaborating with team members on accessibility reviews, triaging and resolving support tickets, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights. Beyond her staff role, Betsy’s research explores how generative AI can enhance math learning for students whose second language is English.
